Vance is a veteran of both the trucking industry and the United States military. He brings a strong sense of discipline, reliability, and service to every driver he works with. Vance specializes in helping owner-operators and small fleets keep their businesses moving.

Outside of work, Vance is a dedicated advocate for fellow veterans, spending his spare time supporting those who have served and helping them access the resources they need.

Outside of work, Tarra enjoys spending time on the Tennessee River or relaxing on a beach whenever she gets the chance. She’s also a proud and enthusiastic Tennessee Volunteers fan.
